Robin’s whole Self healing principles are largely based on practices that create space;space in the body thorough yoga and space in the mind through meditation. Equally and perhaps most intuitively,is recognizing,reconnecting and nourishing the sacred space of the soul.  In a very overwhelming and modern world,greatly affected with external occupants and responsibilities,we neglect to know or feed our spirits. Sacred space is safe,nourishing and healing;it allows us to step beyond the monotony of hectic lives and into the sweetness of the Divine. A spiritual practice is one that is so easily overlooked because we have forgotten that Spirit is everywhere,all the time,holding us together in all aspects of our lives. It is the first ray of sun light breaking through dawn,it is the gathering of pollen on bees’ knees,and it is the sweet hiccup after a baby’s first meal.  Sacred space is within us;it is the root of the breath,the beginning of a smile,the tenderness of true love,the inspiration that keeps us going. Sacred space is coming home to a familiar and welcoming territory that encourages us to live from the root of our most intuitive and authentic Self.

In this practice we will work to uncover those aspects of your self that need more nourishment and find deeper,more meaningful ways to gather inspiration from the world around and within.   We will establish a ‘path’ that aligns with your deepest intentions and create routines or rituals that help implement this daily. This is a journey that honors your ideologies I provide direction,structure,intuition and guidance.  I will help you find meaning and connection in both the most complex and mundane circumstances.  You will feel empowered,encouraged,and dedicated to a deeper personal relationship to your higher Self and the Sacred Space supporting you!
