Having dedicated nearly 16 years of study to various fields of psychology and mindfulness, I offer a holistic and dynamic mind-body-soul therapy which integrates aspects of conventional psychotherapy, Transpersonal, Somatic, Eco, Energy, Buddhist and Jungian Psychologies. My work is also greatly influenced by a strong intuitive compass and a life rooted in experience and contemplation. We will work together to recognize your conditioned thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be limiting growth, confidence, and empowerment. I will help you navigate through the chaos of the mind and emotions; bringing clearer perception and reflection. You will learn how to mange your life and mindfully respond to challenging situations with healthy and effective coping skills and life affirming choices and actions. We can, if desired, also explore the role of spirituality in the process of growth and develop practices and belief systems that promote inspiration, resilience and a connectedness to Self and Source.
I also offer Eco-theraputics, which is a nature and shamanic based method of counseling and spiritual guidance for better understanding our sense of self, our source of resilience and our ability to adapt to the circumstances of our lives by looking to the environment for reflection and guidance. These sessions are always done outside, and in addition to discussion, often entail a seated meditation/observation, contemplative walk.
