Robin Yoga 

My desire to establish a sense of physical health, mental well being and an understanding of my inner nature has brought me through a ten year journey of yoga, self awareness, and transformation.

This journey has led me to a path of sharing the gifts of yoga.  I earned my 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2007 under Senior Teacher, Mary Bruce. I have studied Anusara, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Para Yoga, and Restorative yoga. My greatest teachers are my life experiences, my inspiring community, family, and my voice of intuition.  As an ever evolving student of yoga, philosophy, and psychology, my quest for further knowledge will never end. 

I encourage students to explore the many layers of self and truly understand how the mind, body and spirit can merge seamlessly into their own unique expression. My classes are a soothing combination of strength and ease, and the space created is one that is exploratory, approachable, and nurturing.  I invite you to come play, relax, evolve and tap into an infinite and boundless source of your best self!
